Shipping policy

Shipping Times and Costs:

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday in NZ. Dispatch Times are usually 1 to 3 working days on most products, unless advised otherwise on the individual item. 


Shipping within NZ
FREE Shipping NZ wide on orders over $50:
Small items such as greeting cards are sent via standard post (Snail Mail) and do not incur a cost. 

All prints, originals and larger items are sent tracked via courier. If your order is under $50, a $7 shipping charge will apply.

Most homewares have a shipping charge, you will be advised at checkout of the cost.

Items sent by courier and generally take 2-3 working days to arrive. Parcels sent in the Canterbury region often arrive overnight. These times are estimates only and can occasionally take longer, especially for rural addresses, so please allow up to 5 working days to receive your parcel from when it has been sent.  

Wholesale shipping within NZ
You will be invoiced for the shipping cost. FREE shipping is available on orders over $200 NZD.

 

International Shipping:

Australia - Standard International Air or International Courier. 

FREE Shipping is available on orders over $100 NZD.
Standard shipping is not tracked and only available on orders under $70.00
Standard International Air (no tracking) will cost $18.00
International Courier will cost $36.00


Rest of the World - Standard International Air or International Courier. 

FREE Shipping is available on orders over $400 NZD.
International Courier will be quoted and an invoice sent before the items are shipped to you.
 
Quoted Shipping Charge:
1. Place your order as usual selecting the "Quote me" option at checkout.
2. An email with shipping quotes for your address will be sent. 
3. Accept your chosen shipping charge. 
4. Once your payment has been captured, your items will be prepared for delivery and sent.
 
If you no longer wish to proceed with your order, kindly email requesting a cancellation. Orders with no reply will be automatically cancelled after 30 days. There is no additional charge for this quoting service.

Please note: some countries (e.g United Kingdom) apply additional customs duty and taxes on goods coming into their country before the shipment is released to the recipient. This is not something we can control or pre-pay so it is not covered by your shipping cost on our website. That extra cost is payable by the recipient. Please refer to the customs or national mail website of your destination country for more information about custom duty and tax charges.
